Interview coaching and realistic mock interviews for senior professionals and leaders. We’ll prepare you for behavioral, competency‑based and strategic questions — and rehearse until your answers are clear, specific and hard to forget.
60‑minute mock interview or 2‑session intensive · from $185 USD

The date is set, and you’d rather walk in rehearsed than improvise under pressure.
A new industry, a new function or a return after a break — and you need a story that makes the move make sense in under a minute.
A first director or VP role, a panel with senior leadership, or an opportunity you really don’t want to miss.
Final rounds, polite rejections and no real feedback on what went wrong.
It’s rarely about your experience. It’s about how your answers are built — and that can be trained.

Why work with me
I’m Tatiana Tsyganova. For more than 20 years I hired people and built Talent Acquisition teams, from startups to IBM, across Russia, Ireland, Switzerland, Canada, the US and Argentina. For the last 15, I’ve worked with the Canadian and US markets.
I know what interviewers actually listen for, where candidates lose points, and why one of two strong finalists gets the offer. In a mock interview, I ask questions the way real recruiters and hiring managers do, and give you the kind of feedback you’ll never get after a real interview.
If you’re applying but not getting calls, start with how your resume and LinkedIn read to a recruiter.
Pay securely by card when you book.
Your resume or CV, the job description and anything you know about the interview: recruiter screen, hiring manager, panel, number of rounds.
A mock interview, feedback on your answers and re‑practice of the key questions. In the intensive, the first session builds your answers and the second tests them under real interview conditions.
What to strengthen, which wording to refine and what to rehearse before the real interview.
If you’d like a partner for the whole search — positioning, applications, interviews, the offer and negotiation — take a look at the Career Transition Program. Join within 14 days of your session and your session fee is credited in full.
Program
If you interview well and want to test yourself before a specific interview, choose the Mock Interview. If it’s been a while, you’re aiming for a senior or career‑changing role, or recent interviews haven’t led to offers, choose the Intensive.
Yes. A mock interview works even the day before. The two intensive sessions can be on consecutive days, or on the same day with a break.

Both ask about real situations from your past. Behavioral interviews ask “Tell me about a time when…”, while competency‑based interviews map every question to a skill the role requires, such as leadership or stakeholder management. We prepare for both.
STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result. It’s the structure most interviewers expect for behavioral questions. We use it as a framework, not a script, so your answers stay natural. Here’s what interviewers actually score in a STAR answer.
Yes. We can prepare for panel interviews, conversations with the CEO or board, case questions and 90‑day plan presentations.
Yes. The mock interview is built around your specific stage, and after one round you can prepare separately for the next.
No. We can prepare for the type of role you’re targeting, so you’re ready when the call comes.
Yes. I prepare questions based on the job description, the seniority of the role and what I know about how similar roles are hired.
No scripts — interviewers spot them right away. We build answers from your own experience, so they sound like you and hold up under follow‑up questions.
Yes. The focus stays on the content and structure of your answers, and I’ll flag any wording that undersells your level. Sessions are also available in French and Russian.
Written recommendations: what to strengthen, which wording to refine and which answers to rehearse before the real interview.
No one can — the decision is the employer’s. What I can promise is that you’ll walk in with answers that have already been tested in a realistic interview.
Practice the questions that decide the offer, and walk into your interview with answers that are clear, specific and yours.
