For the recorded review, target roles matter most: without them I can only assess your resume in general, not against your goal. No specific postings yet? No, and that’s deliberate. A resume in your own words is one you can confidently defend in an interview. I show you what to change and why: structure, wording, emphasis, and anything that undersells your level. You make the edits; I suggest specific phrasing wherever it helps.
Yes, that’s a big part of my work. A translated resume is often grammatically fine but still reads as “not from here” in the first few lines, and recruiters notice right away. I look at structure, format, and how your level comes across to a Canadian or US recruiter. The review itself can be in English, French or Russian.
Yes. An executive resume review is a big part of my work, and I’ve hired up to VP level. In an executive resume, I look first at whether scope and impact come through: team size, budgets, geography, level of decisions, business results. The most common mistake is listing responsibilities instead of outcomes, which makes your experience read a level below where it is.
